The reduction of the work stress factors can support the regeneration of army nurses. So I would like to propose that we should provide the resonable work off for cultivating babies and compensation day off for promoting menstrual function for all army nurses. This study suggests that work stress management intervention strategy at working place should be considered to prevent menstrual disorders and adversed outcome of pregnancy of female army nurse officers.
